Expertise

Lyse began professional coaching in 2000 and started her business, Integra Coaching, the same year. She specializes in providing support to managers during periods of transition by offering guidance to those going through major changes inherent to organisational transformations, new functions or management levels, new styles of leadership and new ways of communicating and interacting with people and team members.

Since 2004, Lyse has developed a special expertise in coaching individuals seeking to identify and fulfill their passion and life mission and optimize their unique talent. She has a genuine knack of getting at what is fundamental in a situation and of recognizing what integrates and fulfills people and organizations. This unique skill enables clients to find alignment, while remaining true to their own values, and to access a deep understanding of what lasting change involves. 

Experience

Lyse also has extensive management experience in the business world, which she acquired during the more than 20 years she worked for renowned national advertising and public relations firms. She was a consultant and communication strategist within these firms’ client services and dealt with clients from more than 15 different industries as well as from the public and para-public sectors. Among other achievements, she founded Fusion, Alliance Marketing, a division of Cossette Communication Marketing.

Between 1999 and 2004, Lyse also worked as an organizational development consultant and facilitated many groups’ workshops in interpersonal communication and personal development programs.

In 2000, Lyse began coaching executives from various fields of endeavour, such as aerospace, insurance and banking, as well as the pharmaceutical and new technologies industries, communications and the public and para-public sectors, both at the federal and provincial levels.

Since 2004, she has been providing external facilitation services to clients of McKinsey & Company in Canada, the United States and in Europe. She is called to facilitate corporate leadership and cultural transformation workshops.

Training and accreditation

Lyse holds a Master’s degree in communications (psychosociology) from
the UQAM.

Between 1998 and 2003, she acquired a sound experience in applying transformational approaches to human development while working with Contegrity Program Designs in Canada, a United States-based organization.

She was trained in the systemic approach to coaching by Mozaïk Québec and in the neurosciences approach by Coaching and Leadership International. Lyse is constantly broadening her range of expertise through continuous training in various aspects of coaching.

Lyse is a member of the professional Order of Human Resources Counsellors since 2001 and was accredited by the International Coach Federation in 2005.
